DTG - SCREENPRINT - EMBROIDERY

RamShirts offers custom printed and embroidered apparel. We offer Direct-To-Garment for small runs and screen printing for larger runs.
Direct to Garment (DTG)
We use a Brother GTX for our DTG printing. Think of it like a large inkjet printer. They are loaded one by one and are the best for full-color printing and short runs. Due to the ink being water-based, DTG printing works best on fabric that is cotton-rich.
Screen Printing
We use an M&R Diamondback for our screen printing. It is best used when you have a quantity over 50 units and up to 6 colors. We use screen printing on orders that need to go on polyester apparel and higher quantity orders.
Embroidery
We use a combination of an SWF single head machine with 15 needles for small orders and a ZSK 4-head machine with 12 needles for our larger orders. This is best used on polo-style shirts, hats and more.
